Information used by the portal
The portal receives your sign-in identifier, email address, and display name. It stores project briefs, references and uploaded files, messages, approvals, proposals, electronic signature records, invoices, payment status, and license details.
Why it is used
This information supports project review, production, communication, agreements, billing, delivery, and usage tracking. Account identity limits access to your projects. Jelani can access project records to provide and administer the service.
Service providers
The portal uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting and sign-in and Cloudflare-backed storage for records and files. When enabled, Stripe processes payments and Resend handles notification email. Card entry occurs with the payment provider; this application stores payment references and status rather than full card numbers. These providers also process information under their own policies.
Project confidentiality and showcase
Project uploads are separate from the music showcase. Testimonials are reviewed before publication. Ask Jelani through project messages about permission for any portfolio use and include any restrictions in your agreement.
Retention and requests
Records remain stored to operate projects and preserve business and agreement history. Automatic deletion is not currently enabled. Request access, a correction, or deletion through project messages. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, contractual, dispute, or legal reasons; Jelani will review the request before making changes.
Your files and account
Keep your own copies of important source files and downloaded deliverables. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the music project. If you cannot sign in, contact Jelani through the original channel used to arrange your project.
